What is HAPPINESS? Inspired discussions are being held on this topic among philosophers, artists, of course, psychologists, who are enthusiastically exploring-what exactly brings a person happiness? This topic has long interested us. So when we found out that our friend, composer and producer Stas Namin, was making a Russian-American film about Happiness in Cuba, we decided to ask for a trip with him.

There, on the Island of Freedom, the idea of the project was born by itself: to explore the topic of Happiness not so much intellectually as sensually, and, of course, to interview Stas and the Cubans, who from the very first days of filming passionately refuted the usual ideas that Happiness is somehow connected with material prosperity and social success.
